Sometimes, you just need to get some cash right now.  That day happened a few weeks ago when rent was due and I need to cash out refinance in order to cover my rent.

I’m devoting the next handful of weeks to this, and hope to have something figured out and post it on here when I do.  I figure it will take awhile to do, but it will be worth it.

Outside of that, I don’t have much else to report.  I hope everyone is having a good weekend!  I plan on going on a vacation soon too, so updates may be infrequent here on out, but I’m hoping to post a few times when I come back to update everyone!
